This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an authentic French kitchen under the guidance of an inspiring and highly respected Head Chef, known for developing strong culinary talent and creating a positive, professional brigade culture.

The restaurant is celebrated for its refined approach to classic and modern French cuisine, outstanding ingredients, and impeccable standards of service.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will:

• Run your section confidently and maintain exceptional culinary standards
• Work closely with an experienced senior kitchen team
• Prepare and present authentic French fine dining dishes
• Support junior chefs and contribute to a high-performing brigade
• Maintain excellent hygiene and kitchen organisation standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within a fine dining kitchen is essential
• Experience in French cuisine or a genuine passion for authentic French cooking
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and progress
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
