Job description
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, ORC, Talent Management, Learning, and HR Help Desk.
Proven experience in leading end-to-end HCM implementations and solution architecture.
In-depth understanding of HR processes, especially within large or complex organizations.
Experience with integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, APIs).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Prior experience in the higher education sector is an advantage.

Ability to lead distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.
