  • Support the transition from manual, Excel-based processes to more scalable and controlled solutions
  • Produce high-quality visual documentation, including process flows, swimlanes, and workflow diagrams
  • Work closely with stakeholders across London, Bermuda, and Nashville, accommodating multiple time zones

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within middle and/or back office functions in financial services
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Cash management
  • Collateral management
  • Cash movements and approvals
  • Related operational processes
  • Experience working in environments with manual or Excel-heavy workflows and leading initiatives to improve them
  • Strong capability in process mapping, workflow design, and target operating model definition
  • Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid environments with lean documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Desirable Attributes

  • Tenacious, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused
  • Able to take end-to-end ownership and drive momentum independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working across cultures and geographies
  • Background working with bespoke or in-house systems
