Launch a New Automotive Brand in the UK
Fish Brothers is proud to announce the launch of the first UK dealership for Lepas, an exciting new electrified automotive brand focused on precision, power and elegance.
Based at our newly refurbished Ashworth Road dealership in Swindon, this is a rare opportunity to play a leading role in launching and establishing a completely new automotive brand in the UK market.
Following the successful introduction of Omoda, Jaecoo and Chery, we are continuing to invest in the future of automotive retail and are looking for an ambitious, driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to help shape the next chapter of our growth.
This is far more than a traditional dealership management role. We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to build a team, establish a brand locally, create a high-performance culture and deliver an exceptional customer experience from day one.
The successful candidate will lead a small sales team initially, with genuine opportunity to grow the operation as the LEPAS brand develops across the UK.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the sales operation and play a key role in establishing LEPAS within the Swindon market. You will lead from the front, driving performance while creating an environment where colleagues can thrive, develop and succeed.
You will be responsible for developing a motivated, customer-focused team capable of delivering excellent results alongside a premium customer journey. You will work closely with senior leadership to help shape the direction of the business during an exciting launch period and beyond.
This role requires a balance of strong commercial awareness, operational discipline and inspirational leadership. You will be expected to maintain high standards across customer experience, FCA compliance, sales process and team performance while helping to create a positive and collaborative culture.
About You
We are looking for an experienced automotive sales leader with a strong track record of delivering results within a dealership environment. Previous experience as a Sales Manager is essential and experience of launching a new dealership, franchise or brand would be highly advantageous.
You will be commercially driven, highly motivated and capable of inspiring high performance within your team. Just as importantly, you will understand the importance of customer experience, colleague engagement and building long-term success.

What We Offer
- £40,000+ basic salary with uncapped OTE plus company car
- 23–27 days holiday plus bank holidays and birthday leave, pension contribution matching, life assurance, Health Cash Plan, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, referral bonus scheme, salary sacrifice nursery and Cycle to Work schemes, manufacturer and in-house training.
Working Hours
Full-time permanent role working a 5-day week, Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week. The dealership is closed on Sundays.
