As we enter the next chapter of our 25-year story - with growing momentum across the US, Europe and Asia - we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to help run some of our most ambitious client relationships and transformation programmes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience running complex brand and change programmes within a creative agency, brand consultancy or entrepreneurial environment, with strong instincts for client leadership, commercial growth and team orchestration. 

Here's what you do:

·       Lead the delivery of complex brand and transformation programmes from strategy through to launch and beyond

·       Manage timelines, budgets, resourcing and project plans across multiple workstreams

·       Build strong client relationships through clear communication, organisation and proactive problem-solving

·       Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work 

·       Facilitate meetings, workshops and decision-making to keep projects moving forward

·       Stay close to the detail, anticipating challenges and helping teams navigate them smoothly

·       Support new business opportunities, proposals and pitches where needed

·       Champion strong project management ways of working across the business

This role is offered on a full time basis with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days per week from our London studio and 2 days working from home.
