Junior Account Manager

Furza is looking for a Junior Account Manager

Job description

Our client

This fast-growing commercial law firm is on a mission to make legal support simpler, smarter, and more aligned with modern businesses. Recently they’ve scaled, supporting thousands of companies across the UK, from ambitious start-ups to established brands.

Now, with major growth plans ahead, they’re expanding their Sheffield team and looking for two individuals who want to learn, develop, and grow within the team.

What Makes This Role Different?

You’ll sit closer to the client relationship side of the business, learning how to manage accounts, spot opportunities, and deliver real value to customers. Think of it as your first step into account management, with full support along the way.

What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Speaking with businesses to understand their goals and challenges
  • Supporting senior team members in managing client accounts
  • Helping onboard new clients and ensuring a smooth handover from sales
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce additional services where relevant
  • Keeping client records and interactions up to date in the CRM system
  • Sitting in on client calls and gradually taking ownership of conversations
  • Building long-term relationships so clients stay engaged and supported

What You’ll Get in Return

  • £30,000 base salary + £10,000 OTE (uncapped)
  • Clear pathway into Account Manager or Client Success roles
  • Structured onboarding through a dedicated training academy
  • Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and real-time feedback
  • Private healthcare + dental cover
  • 25 days holiday (increasing with service)
  • Regular team incentives, socials, and company events
  • Discounts across gym, retail, and entertainment
  • The chance to grow with a company scaling at 40% year-on-year

Who This Suits

You might be early in your career or looking to move into a more relationship-focused role. What matters most is your mindset:

  • You enjoy speaking to people and building rapport
  • You’re naturally curious and like understanding how businesses work
  • You’re organised and take pride in doing things properly
  • You want a career, not just a job and you’re willing to learn
  • You’re motivated by progression and being part of a growing team

At Furza, we’re committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion. We encourage and welcome all applications from everyone, irrespective of background or circumstance. Apply today and our talent team will be in touch to support your requirements.
