Working Arrangement:

This is a full-time, office-based position requiring presence in the London office five days per week. The role is best suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative in-person environment and enjoys regular interaction with clients and internal teams

Role Summary:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, growing existing accounts, and supporting revenue generation through proactive account development. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery, strong client satisfaction, and long-term account growth

Skills And Experience:

• Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales within IT services, consulting, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on growth, retention, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts.
• Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships through regular communication and review meetings.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work with recruitment, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align account strategy with business goals.
