Growth and Events Associate (GTM function)

AI Workflow platform

Hybrid to central London (2 days on-site)

Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus

Tipped has partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company building Virtual Agents: AI-powered software workers that automate complex workflows end-to-end. Following a recent Series A raise and rapid customer growth, they’re entering an exciting stage of expansion and looking for ambitious people who want to make an early impact in a high-growth environment.


You will own and execute high-impact events across the UK and US, driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, identify new opportunities across the region.


Snapshot of the role:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of impactful events including conferences, executive dinners, networking events, and webinars across the UK and US markets
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial and GTM teams to drive brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and generate high-quality pipeline
  • Operate in a highly autonomous environment where creativity, organisation, and execution are critical to success in a fast-moving startup


What we are looking for:

  • 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, partnerships, community, business development, or GTM roles within a fast-paced or startup/SaaS/AI environment.
  • Experience coordinating events such as networking dinners, roundtables, webinars, conferences, or community events, with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in lead generation, outbound strategy, attendee engagement, and broader go-to-market activities.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and creative in finding new ways to engage prospects and build relationships through events and community initiatives.
