Hybrid working – Birmingham

Arbuthnot Yon are working exclusively with a listed international business seeking to appoint a Legal Counsel to join its highly regarded in-house legal team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the leading sports and leisure clubs in the UK within a dynamic, commercially focused and collaborative environment.

Reporting into a Senior Legal Counsel, you will advise on, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including:

• Customer and outsourcing agreements

• Procurement and supplier contracts

• Joint ventures

• Licensing arrangements

You will also gain exposure to a wider range of legal matters including intellectual property, technology, data privacy, compliance and litigation support.

This role would suit a bright and commercially minded lawyer with c.2 - 5 PQE from either a commercial or corporate background who is looking to:

• Make a first move in-house; or

• Join a new business and broaden their in-house experience
