BE Recruitment are currently recruiting for a meat distribution company in Market Harborough, LE16 area who are currently looking for a warehouse operative / cover supervisor to join their team.

Shift:

• Sunday - Thursday | 22:00 - 07:00
• £14.50 P/H
• £100 Bonus on weeks where acting as Supervisor

Day to Day duties:

• Picking
• Loading / Unloading
• General Warehouse Duties
• Heavy Lifting - Up to 25kg
• Covering Manager absences (Holidays / Sickness period)

• Overseeing Night Shift - Team of 4
• Delegating roles / jobs
• Updating records & ensuring smooth running of shift.
