Senior National Account Manager – Tesco


Fixed Term Contract - 4-6 months


Lead One of Our Biggest Grocery Partnerships

Krispy Kreme is looking for a commercially driven Senior National Account Manager to lead and grow our strategic partnership with Tesco.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FMCG National Account Manager, Grocery Account Manager, Account Controller or Customer Manager to drive commercial growth, improve in-store execution and deliver future-focused retail plans within one of the UK’s leading grocery retailers.


You’ll own the Tesco relationship, lead promotional and growth plans, improve visibility and execution across store estates, and identify new opportunities to drive incremental sales and shopper engagement.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop the strategic partnership with Tesco
  • Deliver ambitious account plans focused on sales growth, visibility and profitability
  • Drive cabinet-level execution and improve in-store presence, availability and shopper engagement
  • Build and deliver a commercially strong promotional calendar
  • Identify and grow away-from-cabinet opportunities
  • Analyse performance data and turn insight into action
  • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning and Operations to ensure strong execution
  • Support new product launches, retail trials and future format development
  • Track performance, identify opportunities and influence business decisions


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in National Account Management, FMCG Sales or Customer Management
  • Experience managing major grocery retail accounts, ideally Tesco
  • Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent understanding of promotions, forecasting and retail execution
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong customer relationships
  • Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on
  • Resilient, driven and commercially focused
