We’re Hiring | Client Success Executive

Location: Cheshire (On-Site and Hybrid)

Hours: Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 17:00

OTE: £60,000

AAQ Properties is looking for a driven Client Success Executive to join our growing team.

This is a high-activity, phone-based role focused on qualifying investor leads, managing the client journey, and supporting senior consultants with high-quality meetings.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a performance-driven environment

• Communicates confidently with new people

• Has strong organisation and CRM discipline

• Ideally has experience in Real Estate or Financial Services

• Wants long-term progression into senior investment sales

This role is best suited to ambitious individuals who enjoy structure, accountability, and working towards clear KPIs.
