I’m currently supporting a specialist recruitment business looking to grow a high-value desk focused on the defence, security and advanced sensing market.

The sector covers areas such as:

• RF and radar systems

• Anti-drone technology

• Intelligent awareness software

• Advanced sensing and hardware environments

The desk spans both commercial and technical recruitment, including:

• Business development leadership and strategic sales hires

• Systems engineering and architecture

• Software and advanced technology recruitment

This opportunity would suit a recruiter who:

• Enjoys learning complex and highly specialist markets
