Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at KJ West One, based in London. The Retail Store Manager will lead the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and maintaining store aesthetics. Responsibilities include managing staff,, implementing sales strategies, and fostering a positive customer experience through effective communication, professional advice and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and exceptional Communication to provide a high-quality client experience
• Strong Store Management and organizational skills to direct daily operations and drive sales performance
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with established procedures
• Leadership abilities to manage, motivate, and develop a team effectively
• Prior retail management experience, particularly in a high-end or luxury environment, is highly desirable
• Passion for music and high-end audio solutions and willingness to deepen product knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
