✅ What you’ll be doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for tech contract roles
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors
• Developing new business through market mapping, networking, and strategic outreach
• Managing contract processes including rates, extensions, and compliance
• Becoming a trusted market expert within your chosen tech vertical

What We’re Looking For

✅ 12–18 months’ experience in 360 recruitment within Tech.

✅ A track record in business development and contract or niche talent placement

✅ A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and hunger to take your career to the next level

✅ Experience outside of public sector/framework settings is a plus
