Recruitment Consultant – IT

Location: Hybrid – 3 days from home, 2 days in Aldgate

Salary: £30,000–£45,000 DOE + commission

A fantastic opportunity for someone from an IT sales or recruitment background looking to join a growing and ambitious team.

My client is seeking driven and commercially minded IT Recruitment Consultants / Account Executives to manage client relationships, generate new business, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions through bootcamps and permanent hires. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle with support from the Client Development, Marketing, and Resourcing teams.

This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role combining business development, relationship management, marketing activity, and face-to-face client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop new business opportunities
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Source and place high-quality candidates
• Achieve activity and billing targets
• Promote the full range of company services
• Maintain accurate CRM records and compliance processes
• Act as a professional brand ambassador

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous IT or similar sales experience (recruitment experience desirable)
• A commercial and solutions-focused mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working with clients professionally
