Senior Support Worker Childrens Residential | Trafford | OTE £41,000+

Were currently recruiting for aSenior Support Workerto join a residentialchildrens homein the Trafford area.

This is an exciting opportunity to join anew and growing provider, led by highly experienced managers with a strong track record in childrens care. Withhomes 2 and 3 already in the pipeline, this is a great time to come in early and be part of the journey.

The home is a4-bedroom property, supportingup to 2 young people, allowing for a morefocused, therapeutic approach to care.

The Role

• Supporting young people withcomplex needs and challenging behaviours
• Leading shifts andsupporting junior staff members
• Deliveringhigh-quality, child-centred care
• Working within astructured and supportive team environment
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Minimum2 years experiencewithin a childrens residential setting
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
• Confident inleading shifts and mentoring others
• Experience supportingcomplex needs / challenging behaviours
• Passionate about making apositive impact on young peoples lives
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
