Your key duties will include:Delivering high-quality complex clinical care, including:PEG Feeding and management.Ventilator and BiPAP Management.Spinal Injury Support.Cough Assist and Oxygen Therapy.Supporting clients with daily living skills to promote independence and well-being.Maintaining accurate digital care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.Working collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure consistent, safe and effective care.Essential Requirements for this Care JobTo be successful in this support worker role, you will need:A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Complex Care role (with adults or children).Proven competency in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilator management.Confidence in using digital care planning systems.Excellent communication skills and a calm, resilient and professional attitude.A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.Eligibility to work in the UK.Desirable QualificationsNVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults or Children).
