HR Manager – Professional Services (Part-Time)A highly regarded law firm has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to help build and shape their HR function, working closely with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations : Provide expert advice on complex ER matters, manage grievances and disciplinaries, and coach managers on best practice.

Talent & Performance : Support recruitment, oversee performance management processes, and drive initiatives to develop and retain talent.

Reward & Benefits : Assist with salary reviews, liaise with payroll, and benchmark benefits to ensure competitiveness.

Employee Experience : Lead engagement initiatives, promote wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and ensure policies are up to date and consistently applied.

Data & Insights : Produce HR metrics and reports, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to the Partnership.

HR Administration : Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with GDPR and best practice.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrates a commercial, solutions‐focused approach to HR.

Proven ability to manage a varied workload and deliver under pressure.

Strong track record in employee relations and employment law.

High attention to detail and a professional, confidential manner.

Experience in change management, including restructures and dispute resolution.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
