What You'll Be Doing

Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle

Winning new business through outreach, pitching and relationship‐building

Researching market trends and identifying client hiring needs

Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates through hiring processes

Becoming a subject‐matter expert in Web3 and blockchain talent markets

Working towards fast progression to senior and team‐lead positions

Representing the business at major global crypto and tech events

What Success Looks Like

Promotion within your first 6 months based on revenue performance

Six‐figure earnings achievable by year 3

Mentoring others in year 1 and leading a team by year 3
