We are recruiting HCAs and Support Workers to work in a variety of settings, including:

Whether your experience is in personal care, learning disabilities, autism, mental health or complex behaviours, we have flexible and rewarding shifts to suit you

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Healthcare Assistant:Provide person-centred care in care homes and residential settingsAssist with washing, dressing, toileting, mobility & meal supportHelp with medication prompts/administration (as trained)Promote dignity, respect, independence and wellbeingRecord and report changes in health and behaviourWork alongside healthcare professionals and families

As a Support Worker:Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex careEncourage independence, life skills and engagement in meaningful activitiesProvide emotional support and enable community participationUse positive behaviour support and de-escalation techniques where requiredFollow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding proceduresComplete accurate notes and communicate effectively with the team
