Pay: £13.81 per hour (overtime £17.21 per hour). Up to £37,500 per annum. 14–42 hour contracts. Long or short shifts available. Great staff benefits. Sponsorship not available.

A care home in the Auchterarder area is currently recruiting an experienced Care Assistant to work on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain the care of the service users and support the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and Senior Carers with the general running of the service.

Qualifications

Caring and empathetic nature

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high standards of care

Hold a Care Certificate/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential)

Have the right to work in the UK
