Vision for Education are recruiting Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in specialist schools supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including ASC, SEMH, SLD and PMLD .

The Role

Support pupils with additional needs in and out of the classroom

Work 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development

Assist with behaviour, engagement and emotional support

Help implement structured routines and learning activities

Support students with a range of needs, including:

Autism (ASC)

Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)

Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)

Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

This is a hands‐on, varied role where no two days are the same.

Final-year or postgraduate students of Childhood, Youth & Education Studies

No school experience required – your degree is highly relevant
