About the RoleWe are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our night team at Godiva Lodge.

This is a part‐time weekend role working fixed nights Friday to Sunday, totaling 19 hours per week.

No previous care experience? No problem. Anchor is recognised by Skills for Care for having one of the best learning and development programmes in adult social care, and full training will be provided.

Job PurposeAs a Care Assistant, you will:

Provide high‐quality, dignified personal care

Support residents with daily living needs during night shifts

Assist with comfort, wellbeing, and reassurance overnight

Support residents sensitively and respectfully

Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Be a friendly, attentive, and compassionate presence throughout the night
