Job description

We support service users in Hertfordshire.

WORK LOCATION: We welcome applications from drivers based in and around the surrounding areas.

Pay Rate: £14.60 - £16.00 per hour plus 30p mileage.

Shifts work across seven days a week. EVENING – 2:00 pm – 10:00/11:00 pm.

Care Assistant: Role & ResponsibilitiesOur Care Professionals support service users to live safely and supported lives in their own homes. Responsibilities include:

Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication administration.

Help with mobility, transfers, and use of aids and equipment.

Assist with domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry, and commode emptying.

Prepare meals, snacks, and drinks, and assist with feeding if required.

Provide companionship through friendly conversation, activities, and outings.

Monitor health, observe and report changes, and maintain accurate care records.

Ensure safety, recognise hazards, and respond to emergencies.

Collaborate with the care team, healthcare professionals, and families.

Qualifications

Right to work within the UK.

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
