Key Responsibilities

Supervise classes when the teacher's away

Deliver pre‐set work and help students stay focused

Manage classroom behaviour with calm confidence

Bring energy and enthusiasm into every lesson

Ideal Candidate

Have a degree in any subject (education or not!)

Want experience before applying for teacher training or PGCE

Are confident speaking to groups and building rapport quickly
