All Care in Hedge End is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to provide tailored home-care services. This role involves supporting individuals to live independently by delivering personal care, medication assistance, and companionship. Requirements include a full UK driving licence and the ability to work alternate weekends. No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided, along with support for gaining NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care.
