Care Professional role:

As a home carer you'll provide personalised care and companionship to our clients, helping them with day-to-day routines and activities. Our support worker role will include assisting with personal care, preparing meals, light housekeeping, and running errands - all while building meaningful relationships and bringing comfort and reassurance.

What You\'ll Do

Assist clients with personal care routines (bathing, dressing, grooming)

Prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences

Provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being

Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities (reading, conversation, hobbies, puzzles, music and accompaniment to go out in the community)

Accompany clients on errands or appointments as needed
