Role of a Care AssistantCare Assistants travel to clients' homes within the community to provide essential care and support. This role is highly rewarding, allowing you to make a positive impact on individuals' lives and the wider community.

Responsibilities

Support clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and nutrition

Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens

Assist clients with their medication needs

Assist in the safe moving and handling of clients

Provide shopping services when required by the client

Qualifications and Attributes

Adaptability to meet the unique needs of each client.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Well‐organised and flexible.

Ability to work independently and use initiative.

A DBS check will be applied for all candidates.
