Care Assistant – Make a Real Difference!Position: Care Assistant at McCarthy & Stone, located at Thorneycroft estate, Tettenhall, Wolverhampton.

Position Details

Hours: 18 hours per week (to be discussed with the manager)

Pay: Starting at £13.26 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £14.56 for weekends and evenings

Role Responsibilities

Perform light domestic duties.

Coordinate resident activities.

Assist with appointments and shopping.

Qualifications and Requirements

Location: Ideally within commuting distance to the estate.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role preferred. Passion for working with older adults.

Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.

Skills: Warm, friendly, dedicated to exceptional service, thrives in a team environment, and eager to make a positive difference.
