Responsibilities

Supporting with daily routines such as cooking, personal care, and household tasks

Encouraging participation in hobbies and community activities like karaoke, shopping, and day trips

Promoting independence and building confidence

Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs

Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider team
