£28,000 + monthly bonus + fantastic benefit

Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to customers with existing quotes, renewals due, or lapsed policies

Handling inbound sales and service calls

Cross‐selling relevant insurance products

Quoting, binding, renewing and taking payment for policies

Managing live chat and email queries

Processing online quote referrals within your underwriting authority

Completing mid‐term adjustments and issuing renewals every time

You'll work towards both individual and team targets, with a clear incentive plan that rewards strong performance.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or financial services

Confidence communicating by phone

Strong objection handling and negotiation skills

Results‐focused attitude with genuine desire to achieve

Ability to identify cross‐sell opportunities

Excellent time management and ownership of your work

People‐first, customer‐focused approach

Experience in insurance is helpful, but not essential – attitude, personality and drive matter.
