Job Description Shifts Available: Nights 7 pm - 7 am, 9 pm - 9 amAccess to a vehicle is required due to the location and nature of the role.What you will do We are looking for a compassionate care professional to provide 24-hour support as part of a clinically trained team, delivering person-centered care for an individual with complex needs.Key Responsibilities Deliver and monitor all clinical care, including tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG feeding, bowel and bladder management, medication, and moving and handlingRecognize and respond to autonomic dysreflexiaSupport non-verbal communication using a spelling systemAbout the Individual Lives with tetraplegia and requires full clinical supportCommunicates non-verballyEnjoys watching TV, using exercise pedals, and family visitsQualifications You don't need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.City and County Healthcare Group is an equal opportunities employer.
