Salary: £12.85 - £13.00 per hour (subject to variation)

Bluebird Care – Make a positive impact daily. We're the leading Home Care provider and are looking for a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team and help set the standard.

Responsibilities

Provide high‐quality care tailored to each person's individual needs.

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).

Help with meal prep, preparation and nutrition.

Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.

Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning.

Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.

Requirements

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care.

Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

Ability to follow care plans.

Previous care experience is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided.
