Days and Nights Available | Full-time & Part-time Roles

Are you a compassionate individual who wants to make a real difference? Meridian Business Support is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join a dedicated care team in Northampton, offering night shifts with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities.

Your Role:

Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing

Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident

Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Support the team in maintaining high standards of care

Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families

Skills & Attributes:

A caring and patient nature

Strong communication skills

Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided
