Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.30 to £14.10 Per Hour

ResponsibilitiesAs a Care and Support Worker, you will:

Support people at home to live as independently as possible

Driving is essential for this role

Empower individuals to make their own choices

Provide personal, physical, and emotional care

Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments

Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals

Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care

Follow Altogether Care's values and safe working practices

Ability and willingness to travel to ensure high-quality care

All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS.
