About Our BrandsSTORRD is the latest challenger brand in the grocery sector, providing a premium convenience experience in the UK. In our stores you can find healthy hot food, fresh roasted coffee, the best selection of UK challenger brands, food‐to‐go options and all the usual household essentials.

Morph is a new challenger brand in the functional drinks space. We're doing things differently by combining workout supplements with clean energy in one drink, with our products built for performance athletes and casual sports lovers alike. This business is D2C with strong global expansion plans set for the next 18 months.

The RoleWe are looking for a talented, conceptually creative Junior Designer to join our growing marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brands as we scale our offer across retail and D2C, so we're looking for someone comfortable in all mediums.

You'll be doing things like expanding the guidelines, creating conceptual campaigns, designing social media graphics, assisting on OOH campaigns and so much more. It's the ideal role for an ambitious young designer looking to make their mark in some exciting B2C spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Guardianship: Assist in developing and refining the STORRD brand "look and feel," ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

Asset Execution: Create high‐quality visual assets across retail, digital, CRM, website and events

Marketing Support: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts for campaigns, launches and partnerships.

Social media support: Create graphics, edits and support campaign development across organic & paid channels

Skills & Requirements

1‐3 years experience

Portfolio of work

Adobe Creative Suite expertise

Must have own laptop

Attitude:

A keen interest in food, wellness, fitness and retail trends.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines in a start‐up environment.

Eager to learn and grow within a fast‐paced start‐up environment.
