The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to lead and support a small team, ensuring excellent standards of care are consistently delivered and maintained. You will also oversee the smooth day‐to‐day running of a designated floor during each shift.
As a Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include administering and managing medication, reviewing and updating care plans, mentoring junior team members, and carrying out return‐to‐work meetings and staff supervisions.

Hours of WorkShifts are from 8:00pm to 8:00am, worked on a permanent rolling rota of three shifts on followed by three shifts off. This equates to an average working week of 42 hours.
Candidate RequirementsApplicants should hold, or be working towards, a Level 2 Diploma/NVQ in Health & Social Care, demonstrating both commitment and passion for delivering outstanding care.
You should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and be confident in ensuring the home consistently meets all required standards, policies, and procedures while acting as the senior team member on shift.
