This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people and build a long-term career in Health and Social Care.Whether you are an experienced professional or looking for an entry-level role with full training, we want to hear from you.Job Overview Role: Senior Residential Support Worker / Residential Support Worker Location: Wolverhampton (WV3), West Midlands Salary: Competitive Hourly Wage Pension Scheme Sleep-in Allowance Hours: Full-Time (including sleep-in shifts) Industry: Children's Residential Care / Youth Support Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality therapeutic care and support to children and young people.Maintain a safe, nurturing environment in line with Ofsted "Good" standards.Work as part of a dedicated team to manage daily routines and household tasks.Attend regular training and team meetings to ensure the best outcomes for residents.Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in Children's Residential Care is a plus but not essential.Passion: A genuine desire to support vulnerable young people and help them thrive.Qualifications: Willingness to complete a Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Fully Funded).
