Mary Rush Care are looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate Full Time Support Worker to join the team at The Retreat, our residential care home located in Quedgeley, Gloucester.

About the RoleAs a Support Worker at The Retreat, you will provide person centred care and support to residents throughout the day, assisting with daily living while encouraging independence, dignity and choice.

You will work closely with residents, families and colleagues to create a safe, caring and positive environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting residents with daily routines and personal care

Encouraging independence and social engagement

Assisting with meals and activities

Providing emotional support and companionship

Maintaining accurate care records and documentation

Promoting dignity, respect and safeguarding at all times

Working as part of a friendly and professional care team

What We're Looking ForCaring, compassionate and reliable individuals

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential

Passion for helping others and making a difference

Willingness to learn and develop within the role
