Anchor Hanover Group is hiring a Senior Care Assistant at Glenvale Park Care Home in Wellingborough. This role involves leading a team to ensure outstanding standards of care and overseeing day-to-day operations. Candidates should have a Level 2 Diploma/NVQ in Health & Social Care and be dedicated to delivering compassionate care. The position offers a night shift schedule of 8:00pm to 8:00am, working three nights on followed by three nights off.The care home has a 'Good' rating from the Care Quality Commission and is known for its supportive team environment.
