Care AssistantLocation: AylesburyContract type: Care DeliverySalary: £14.00 – £15.50 per hour (Weekdays: £14.50, Weekends: £15.75)Shift patterns: flexible, expert training provided.

Responsibilities

Provide high‐quality care tailored to each person's individual needs.

Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming).

Help with meal preparation, nutrition and feeding.

Support medication management and safe disposal.

Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning.

Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.

Requirements

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

Ability to follow care plans.

Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity; full training provided.
