£12.80 - £13.80 per hour, dependent on experience

1 full‐time position (44 hours) and 1 part‐time position (22 hours)

Days and nights with alternate weekends

Permanent contract

Key Responsibilities

Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care.

Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care, ensuring documentation and reporting of any changes in accordance with legislation.

Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.

Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.

Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.

What We're Looking For

Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
