Our Associate Education Consultant programme is a 6 to 12 month training programme designed to give ambitious individuals the skills, knowledge, and confidence to break into the industry – no prior experience required! We currently have training opportunities in all of our offices across England.

Responsibilities

Resourcing teachers and teaching assistants for job roles.

Searching job sites for CVs and attending career fairs.

Utilising the company database to recruit candidates.

Writing job adverts to attract candidates.

Interviewing candidates in person, online and off‐site on registration days.

Liaising with the Education Consultants to ensure these candidates are placed out to work.

Writing candidate profiles.

Visiting schools with colleagues.

Positive marketing of candidates.

Client business development and lead generation.

Developing new client relationships and account managing existing ones.

Qualifications

Enthusiastic and driven with a strong work ethic.

Presentable, proficient on IT platforms and with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous sales experience is preferable but not essential; strong customer service skills will be considered.

Knowledge of special needs and/or education is an advantage, but full sector training will be provided.

Willingness to undergo DBS and other mandatory compliance checks.

Benefits

Salary starting from £26.5k, depending upon experience.

Very competitive bonus scheme (to be discussed at interview stage).

Full‐time permanent role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (shift patterns between 7am and 6pm).
