ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You will assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share great moments and memories. Every day will be different and you will undertake a variety of rewarding tasks such as supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one‐to‐one time.
