The RoleWe are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our growing agency workforce. This opportunity is ideal for a Care Assistant or Support Worker looking for flexibility, variety, and consistent work across multiple care settings.

As a Care Assistant or Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents and service users with day‐to‐day care and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high‐quality care as a Care Assistant or Support Worker

Support with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility

Assist residents with feeding and hydration where required

Work collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date records

Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times

This is an agency Care Assistant and Support Worker position, and visa sponsorship is not available

If you are a Care Assistant or Support Worker with a DBS on the update service, our onboarding process is quick and straightforward, helping you get into shifts faster

Requirements

Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach

Right to work in the UK

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
