This role is crucial in providing care for adults facing mental health illnesses, learning disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders.Successful applicants will engage with service users, support their daily well-being needs, and collaborate with a multi-professional team. This is a shift-based role requiring evening, night, and weekend work with additional pay for unsociable hours.
