Are you passionate about providing care and support toothers? We are currently seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join ourteam to provide support during the evening. This role is ideal forsomeone who may only be able to work a shorter shift assisting our residentssettle comfortably for the night. What you will be doing
Providing excellent care and support to our residents during the evening.
Assisting residents with getting ready for bed.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Helping with supper, drinks and light refreshments.
Actively participating in various training and up-skilling sessions.
Working closely with team members and management team.
What you need
A can-do attitude.
Be a compassionate and caring person.
Be a true team player.
Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – this is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
Be reliable and able to work evening hours.
