About the Role

Are you ready to make a splash? As a lifeguard at our vibrant Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic and safe experience. Your primary focus will be on guest safety, so a keen eye for detail is essential. You’ll not only monitor the pool but also engage with guests, providing them with exceptional customer service.

In this dynamic position, you’ll have the opportunity to promote and organize exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories while prioritizing safety at every turn.

\n\n

Typical working hours for this full-time role are 35 hours per week, spread over 5 days, including evenings and weekends.

\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of guests. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Monitor the pool area during busy periods to ensure safety.

\n

• Engage with guests and provide top-notch customer service.

\n

• Promote and organize fun poolside activities.

\n

• Work both as part of a fantastic team and independently when needed.

\n\n\n

To thrive in this role, you should be a strong swimmer with a sharp attention to detail. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential, and you must be at least 18 years old to apply. If you have previous lifeguard experience, we’d love to hear from you!
