Job DetailsJob Title: Management Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)

Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel across Wales

Salary: up to £31,000 plus fantastic benefits package

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria

Must hold solid occupational experience within Leadership and Management.

Must have experience within Project Management, or hold a Project Management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2, APM or similar.

Ideally have experience of internal training, with a passion for learning and development.

Must be confident with Maths, English and IT skills.

Excellent communication skills (Welsh speaker desirable).

Full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Must be flexible with travel.

Duties

Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management and Project Management.

Support learners to achieve the essential skills in literacy, digital literacy and numeracy.

Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and share experiences.

Manage a caseload of learners supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end‐point assessment.

Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs.

Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.

Support, advise and motivate learners.

Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.

Work to learner review and completion timescales.
